As a company we understand that things come up and schedules change! To help our guests remember their appointment we have many reminders in place ie, texts, emails and phone calls. When a guest does not show up this creates a challenge to fill the spot and a loss of income. NO SHOWS will be asked to put down a deposit in order to book another time. We feel this is a reasonable ask!
